Who We Are
For over 50 years, Bowden Companies has been a family-owned name people trust in the communities we develop, acquire, build, and manage. Being family-owned means fewer layers between decision and action, so we can act quickly when it matters most.
In 1973, Bowden Companies was founded on a simple belief: that building communities well and treating people right along the way was worth doing for the long haul. That belief has guided five decades of growth and continues to shape everything we do.
In 2019, that legacy expanded with the founding of Bowden Contractors, bringing our commitment to quality and craftsmanship in-house. In 2026, Bowden Living extended that same mindset into property management, ensuring the same commitment to quality carries from the communities we create to the experience of those who call them home.
Today, that legacy lives on through three companies working as one: Bowden Development, Bowden Contractors, and Bowden Living.
