The Bowden Difference
Founded in January 2019 in Phenix City, Alabama, Bowden Contractors, LLC was established by President & COO Brent Osborn in partnership with the Bowden Family. We deliver market-leading leadership in new multifamily construction and comprehensive renovations.
Under the direction of Brent Osborn—who brings over 37 years of industry expertise and a career portfolio spanning 11,000+ new builds and 4,000+ strategic renovations—we provide specialized construction solutions. Working alongside our affiliate, Bowden Development, LLC, we excel in new multifamily developments, value-add portfolio renovations, and premier third-party contracting services.
